Your Body Transmits Messages

Your body is energy, not just made up of energy, but your body is energy. Everything around you is also energy. Your body is a transmitter of messages from your Angel Guides. Your body serves as a messenger of what is going on in you and around you, in your thoughts, in the foods you consume, and in your environment. But in order to understand the messages from your body you first have to pay attention to it. Unfortunately, we are taught to ignore our bodies. We are taught not to trust what we are feeling or sensing or the energy that is our bodies. Here are a few examples which demonstrate how we learn to ignore our feelings and our bodies.

Children Stop Listening to Their Feelings

Imagine that you are a child. One day you have the feeling that your mother or grandmother is upset. “What is wrong?” you ask.

Thinking that she is sparing you, she answers “Oh honey, I am fine, there is nothing wrong.”

At this moment you start to doubt your feelings. You sensed something in your body, it delivered the message to you, and you learned to ignore it.

We Are Taught To Ignore Our Bodies

Sitting at the table and your dad serves you some food. You don’t want to eat it; you don’t know why, but it just doesn’t feel right. You say “No, I don’t want it.” Your dad responds “You must eat it”. So again, you put aside your feelings, or the messages that your body gives you, and you eat the food.

We Are Taught To Ignore Our Bodies

Breathing

In order for you to listen to and pay attention to your body, you must breath. Have you ever noticed that when you are upset or scared you stop yourself from breathing? This stops you from fully feeling and we learn this at a very young age: The child cries. The parent yells “Stop crying!” Rather than expressing themselves, the child holds their breath in order to stop crying.

Being Polite

I know that there are instances in which you allow yourself to listen to the messages of your body:

  • Someone walks into the room and you sense their presence.
  • Your body alarm goes off when you are in danger.

It Is Time

Your Angel Guides communicate with you through your body. It is time to listen to your body and follow the guidance that you are given.
